Satisfaction Guarantee
At HOTWIRECABLES.COM all sales are NOT final! Unlike other E-commerce sites, you may return any product(s) within 20 days from the invoice date for a full refund LESS your shipping costs. You will not have to deal with restocking fees. All products must be in their original packaging and be otherwise "complete" and undamaged. Products returned without their originally packaging MAY be assessed a return charge because the product may be un-sellable. For all returns you MUST contact customer service by fax or email to obtain an RA # (Return Authorization number).

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
-without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
-within 20 calendar days of Invoice date
-must not be a special order or a custom order
-unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 20 days noted in that item's particular item description.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
S&H cost is not refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Warranties:  All CABLE products sold come with a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY. HOTWIRECABLES.COM will not, however, be responsible for incidental damages caused to any equipment. Physical damages to cables not caused by normal wear and tear will not be warranted.
All Warranted returns on failed cables must have an RA # (Return Authorization number).to have a replacement sent out. Cables sent back without an RA # (Return Authorization number). will be sent back to the customer.
Once RA# has been obtained, Product(s) can be sent back.
